Trevor Brierly

Integration Engineer at Nexus Systems

Trevor Brierly has over 15 years of experience in software engineering and development. Trevor began their career in 2004 at Fulton & Associates as a Software Engineer, where they participated in the refactoring and redesign of the IDRS Online Reporting System from ASP to ASP.NET. In 2005, they joined Avollution, LLC as a Software Engineer, where they created tools to assist the GeoEye team in creating the business infrastructure to support the GeoEye 1 satellite. In 2006, they joined Information Concepts as a Software Engineer and was the lead developer and maintenance support for the ECASE Case Management application. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Intersections Inc. as a Software Engineer II, where they supported the Billing and Finance departments using SQL stored procedures and SQL Server 2008. Trevor then moved to Metrostar Systems in 2011 as a Mobile Applications Developer, where they designed and built Mobile Web and Windows 8 applications. In 2013, they joined ActioNet, Inc. as a Senior .NET Developer, where they performed technical analysis, development, and support for FTA web-based applications. Finally, in 2016, they joined Nexus Systems, LLC as an Integration Engineer, where they enhanced and maintained the system used by NexusPayables to integrate its Accounts Payable software with client General Ledger systems.

Trevor Brierly obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from George Mason University between 1988 and 1992. Trevor then went on to pursue a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Texas, Austin between 1994 and 1995. In addition, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and the Scrum Alliance, including React.js Essential Training, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, and Certified ScrumMaster.
