Joseph Park

Joseph Park serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Nexus Water Group since January 2018, overseeing legal strategies for one of the largest privately owned water and wastewater utility companies in the U.S. Previous roles include General Counsel for Nexus Water Group, where Joseph Park integrated legal teams from SouthWest Water Company and Corix following their merger. Joseph Park has extensive experience in water and utility law from positions held at SouthWest Water Company as General Counsel and Associate General Counsel, and in various legal capacities at Suburban Water Systems, Liberty Utilities, LKP Global Law, LLP, Fulbright & Jaworski, and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae. Joseph Park's legal career began as a Litigation Attorney at the IRS. Educational credentials include a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a BA in Economics from Stanford University.
