Carl Pugliese

Carl Pugliese has a long and varied work experience. Carl began their career in 1988 as Ex-Chief of the East Meadow Fire Department, where they served for 30 years in various roles, including Second Lieutenant, First Lieutenant, Captain, Assistant Chief, and Chief of Department. In 2000, they joined Geek Squad as an Advanced Repair Agent - Computer Technician, where they performed services, including upgrading, repairing, and diagnosing wide range of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and portable devices in Windows and MAC environment. In 2013, they joined Cablevision as an Asset Analyst Associate and Computer Operations, where they maintained and tracked IT assets and data, and monitored and maintained system availability for multiple on-line systems. In 2017, they joined Altice USA as a Billing Systems Analyst, where they monitored, maintained, and troubleshot a wide range of system problems across multiple computer platforms. In 2019, they joined Keith Zars Pools as an IT Desktop Support Specialist, and in 2020, they joined Nexus as an IT Technician Tier I.

Carl Pugliese attended WT Clarke High School from 1978 to 1980, where they obtained a Regents Diploma. Carl then attended Nassau Community College from 1980 to 1981, where they studied Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services, but did not achieve a degree. In 1996, they obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from Mastercard.
