NexusAM is transforming industrial manufacturing by tackling a critical barrier in metal 3D printing adoption: the prohibitive cost of part qualification. Our proprietary AI technology stack combines real-time process monitoring with predictive intelligence providing in-process inspection capabilities rivaling traditional methods such as X-ray CT.

Built on breakthrough research and validated on production systems, our technology allows manufacturers to reduce or eliminate costly, time-consuming and labor-intensive destructive testing and NDE whilst providing the ability to inspect the “un-inspectable”.

We're enabling manufacturers across aerospace, automotive, medical, energy and more to unlock the full potential of additive manufacturing at scale
