Carolina Sanchez Staiger is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Talent Manager at NexusTours since June 2023, leading regional talent acquisition across multiple countries including Mexico and Jamaica. Prior to this role, Carolina held the position of Recruitment & Headhunting Manager at Ángeles Ojeda from June 2020 to June 2023, where services included executive recruitment and the implementation of KPIs and strategies. Additionally, Carolina coordinated organizational culture projects at Atbey Desarrollos, and held various managerial roles in human resources and project management at companies such as Copewell and Voiash Discover. Carolina holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on work psychology from Universidad Anáhuac de Cancún and is also a bilingual graduate from Aberdare College with an emphasis on social sciences and humanities.
