Cassia Brill has held various roles with different companies throughout their career. Cassia started in 1988 at Accenture as a Product Support Supervisor, where they supervised and trained product support specialists and provided tier 1 and tier 2 support. Cassia also created a training process that improved the learning curve. From 1995 to 1997, they worked at Trans Union Corporation as a QA Specialist and Business Analyst. At DeltaNet, from 1997 to 2002, they were a QA Lab Coordinator, responsible for setting up QA environments for software testing and supporting the QA team. Most recently, they worked at Nexway from 2011 to the present. At Nexway, they started as a Product Support Specialist and later became a Sales Administrator, responsible for sales processing, charge dispute settlement, pattern recognition for online security, and assisting clients with product activation issues using Zendesk. Cassia is fluent in Portuguese, English, French, Spanish, Italian, and German.
