Robert Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Robert started their career in 1995 at Software Shippers, where they worked as a Shipping Manager until 2000. From 2000 to 2003, they joined ComponentOne as a Sales Assistant and later transitioned into a Sales Representative role. Following this, they worked at Giftstribution Unlimited as a Webmaster and Customer Service representative from 2005 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Superasoft.com as a Webmaster and Product Development professional. Since 2011, they have been working at Nexway, where they started as a Customer Service Representative and later served as a Sales Administration Agent. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Customer Service Representative at Nexway.
Robert Jackson earned an Associate's Degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Berkeley City College from 2000 to 2004. From 2004 to 2005, they earned another Associate's Degree, this time in Psychology, from College of Alameda. Lastly, from 2009 to 2011, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Language and Literature from San Francisco State University.
