Maximilian Eichhorn is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the transportation and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Board Observer at Nexxiot since July 2022, Maximilian has also held positions such as Board Observer and Member of the Board of Directors at Rail Vision Ltd and Railnova, as well as Vice President of Digital Products & Services at Knorr-Bremse Rail Vehicle Systems. Prior to these roles, Maximilian had a significant tenure at Siemens, where positions included Senior Vice President and Global Head of Business Development & Strategy for Siemens Mobility, and various leadership roles in rail automation. Maximilian's academic credentials include a Diplom-Ingenieur in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Wien, a Ph.D. in Enterprise Logistics from The University of Göttingen, and completion of the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Early military service included a role as a Soldier in the German Bundeswehr, where Maximilian undertook various leadership and educational programs.
