Julie Néron serves as the Director of Quality Assurance and Research & Development at NEXXUS Foods since August 2015. Prior experience includes a position as Director of Research and Development at Meilleures Marques from 1999 to September 2014, where contributions involved strategic planning and innovation, as well as establishing the R&D structure. Julie also held roles as Laboratory Supervisor and Research & Development/Quality Supervisor at Meilleures Marques, overseeing new product development and maintaining HACCP and SQF certifications. Early career experience includes serving as R&D Manager and Quality Technician at Les Cuisines Sélectes from 1997 to 1999. Julie Néron holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Université Laval, completed between 1994 and 1998.
