Anne Lively

Anne Lively, CPM, currently serves as a Property Manager at Neyer Management since December 2021, bringing extensive experience in property management across various roles. Prior to this position, Anne held property management roles at Experimental Holdings, LLC, where responsibilities included directing a team for commercial property investments, and at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, overseeing operations and fiscal responsibilities for assigned properties. Anne also served as a Senior Property Manager and Property Manager at Lee & Associates Charleston, previously Anchor Commercial Real Estate Services. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Office Administrator at VASOCOR, INC., where administrative support was provided in a start-up technology environment, and progressive positions at HILL-ROM® COMPANY, INC., focusing on continuous improvement and administrative coordination. Anne holds an Associate's Degree from Trident Technical College.
