Susan Smith has over 20 years of experience in property management and office administration. Currently serving as the Assistant Property Manager at Neyer Management since May 2015, Susan assists with the day-to-day operations of various facilities within the company’s portfolio. Previous roles include Assistant Asset Manager at Viking Partners, LLC, where assistance was provided during the transition of an investment portfolio, and Real Estate Analyst at Al. Neyer Inc., coordinating with third-party property management vendors. Susan's earlier experience includes serving as Business Manager at Motz Consulting Engineers Inc., overseeing office management and human resources. Susan retired from Neyer Management in April 2022 after a distinguished career. Educational background includes attendance at Reading High School from 1971 to 1975.
