Rohini Tolani Sadarangani has a diverse and accomplished work experience. Rohini started their career as a Systems Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services in 1993. Rohini later joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Principal Consultant, where they participated in e-Business and Data Warehousing engagements, building Business Intelligence solutions and designing system architectures.

In 2001, Rohini co-founded Colors on Canvas, a contemporary fine art website, where they served as the Head of Global Sales Operations. Rohini successfully scaled global sales and logistics with an innovative e-commerce solution, leading to a doubling of sales revenue year-on-year for five consecutive years.

Starting in 2008, they worked as a Senior Business Analytics Consultant at Compass Lexecon, where they provided analytical expertise for crucial projects supporting enterprise clients. Rohini led teams and collaborated with executives, legal entities, and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze complex issues surrounding M&A, litigation, economics, and finance.

Rohini joined HeadSpin in 2018 as the VP of Corporate and Product Strategy and later became the SVP and Head of Strategy and Operations. In these roles, they amplified the company's impact through business transformation, market expansion, product strategy, program management, M&A, and strategic partnerships. Rohini also built and led large, cross-functional teams, focusing on operational efficiency and driving key business initiatives.

In 2020, Rohini co-founded Zinkhin, where they served as the Co-founder and COO. Rohini identified strategic opportunities in deep learning AI models, focused on model training for natural language processing and computer vision. Rohini recruited top-level talent and defined a defensible and scalable product strategy.

Most recently, they joined Neythri Futures Fund in 2022 as the VP of Platform Operations. The fund's mission is to increase diversity in the venture capital ecosystem, specifically by empowering South Asian women as investors and stakeholders. They invest in tech-enabled, venture-scale startups led by diverse teams, offering them access to a network of experienced industry professionals and executives.

Rohini Tolani Sadarangani holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Clemson University. Rohini also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Bangalore University.
