Kshama Swamy

Kshama Swamy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer experience, professional services, and support operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at PAR Technology, Kshama manages post-sales customer operations and mobile app development teams to enhance financial outcomes for clients. Kshama also holds the position of Global Vice President at Techne Infiniti Ventures and is actively involved as a founding member of FirstBoard.io, promoting boardroom diversity. Previous roles include leading professional services at Intapp, where Kshama played a crucial role in scaling the company from 100 to over 1,000 employees, and managing large enterprise customer support accounts at IBM. Kshama holds advanced degrees from DePaul University and is currently pursuing executive education at Harvard Business School.
