Sharmistha Das

Sharmistha Das currently serves as the Director of HR Technology, Digital and Data at MGM Resorts International, where leadership in HR digital transformation focuses on enhancing employee experiences. In addition to this role, Sharmistha advises at Techne Infiniti Ventures, an early-stage VC firm specializing in hospitality technology, and participates in the Neythri Leadership Circle, which supports South Asian women professionals globally. Prior experience includes serving as Product Director for HCM Technology and Service at Safeguard Global and multiple roles at Oracle, where Sharmistha advanced from Application Engineer to Director of Product. Sharmistha holds a Certificate of Excellence in Leading Digital Strategy and Transformation from the University of California, Berkeley, and additional academic credentials from Stanford University and Jadavpur University.
