Dijana Drobnjak

Dijana Drobnjak serves as the Head of PMO and PMO Team Leader at NF Innova since November 2019, overseeing project definitions and developments, establishing project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring quality standards in project management processes. Previously, Dijana held the role of Project Manager at SRC from September 2013 to November 2019, focusing on the development and implementation of a Document Management System, and served as a Project Manager for iBanking and mBanking systems at NF Innova. Early career experience includes consulting on the World Bank Project Review of the Criminal Case Process at Mega Computer Engineering from November 2005 to September 2013 and working as a software developer. Dijana holds a degree from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade.
