Jean Marie Potter is a Co-Founder, Board Member, and CEO of NFC Amenity Management, America’s leading provider of Amenity living services, and the largest firm of its kind.

Under her direction, NFC has redefined the Amenity Services landscape. Since its inception, more than 8 years ago, the firm has managed the amenities for more than 300 properties including high end apartments, condominium residences, hotels and resorts. NFC is the largest provider of amenity services in every market it serves. While NFC is best known for its luxury high-rise, hotel and gated community presence, NFC holds a prestigious portfolio of corporate clients including, Royal Carribean Cruise Lines, The Federal Reserve Bank, and Dade County, to name a few. Ms. Potter made her first impact when she started out in the late 1970s, providing fitness, recreational and social programs to gated communites in New Jersey. Even then, her attention to service and commitment to creating quality living programs distinguished her in the marketplace.Ms. Potter has been at the forefront of The East Coast amenity management evolution, often being the first provider to offer diverse and bundled amenity services to her clients. Among NFC’s most recognized clients are The Trump Organization, The LeFrak Organization, Marriott, and Turnberry Development, and The Related Group. Jean Marie has her degree in Exercise Science, and is an Adult Fitness Specialist.She also is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Combined with those skills, Jean Marie approaches the Amenity Business with an eye toward creating real estate value for developers, and homeowners, as well as offering unparalleled service and activities to residents.
