From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Front Desk Agent at LaQuinta Inn and Suites before becoming a Guest Services Manager at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in 2013. During their tenure at Holiday Inn, they maintained the highest customer satisfaction rating in the region on a monthly basis. In 2015, Vincent became a Front Office Manager at SpringHill Suites by Marriott where they earned top customer service ratings in the eastern region. Their most recent role as the Area Director of Operations at NFC Amenity Management involves overseeing budget management and driving business development plans for multiple properties.
