Jonathan Bell

Jonathan Bell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jonathan is currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at nference and Pramana Digital Pathology since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Bioinformatician at Duke University from September 2019 to July 2021. Jonathan also has experience in the United States Air Force, where they served as a Wing Weapons Officer and F-15E Weapon Systems Officer. Additionally, they held roles at GE Healthcare as a Project Leader, at Global Reach Internet Productions as a Web Developer, and at Xilinx as a Hardware Verification Engineer.

Jonathan Bell has a diverse education background. Jonathan completed their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at Duke University, with a focus on clinical informatics. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Management in Clinical Informatics from Duke University in 2019. Jonathan also holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Iowa State University, which they completed in 2012. Jonathan began their undergraduate education at Iowa State University as well, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from 2000 to 2002. Prior to their time at Iowa State, Jonathan studied Computer Science at the University of South Dakota from 1998 to 2000.
