Tim Doucette

Tim Doucette has a strong background in IT infrastructure and helpdesk services. Tim is currently the Director of IT Infrastructure at NFI Group Inc., where they have been working since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Helpdesk Services Manager at the same company from January 2019 to September 2021. Before joining NFI Group Inc., Tim worked at Emergent BioSolutions as a Service Desk Supervisor from February 2014 to January 2019. Tim also gained experience as a Service Desk Supervisor at Cangene Corporation from June 2009 to February 2014. Additionally, Tim worked at Convergys as a Home Network Support specialist from November 2007 to September 2008.

Tim Doucette attended Winnipeg Technical College from 2008 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Network Support Technician with a focus in Information Technology. In addition to their degree, Tim has earned several certifications including CompTIA A+ (2007 Edition) from Pearson Vue, ITIL v3 Foundation from EXIN, and MCITP: EA from Prometric.
