Eric Erickson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop engineering and technical support. With a solid background in IT support roles at companies such as CAI International, Eagle Home Mortgage, and Columbia Industries, Eric specializes in server management, data recovery, and system administration. A graduate of The Art Institute of Portland with a B.S. in Media Arts & Animation, Eric's career began as an IT Intern at nVision Networking Solutions and includes diverse technical roles, demonstrating strong skills in troubleshooting, customer service, and project management.
