James Chao

James Chao has a work experience that includes roles in various companies. James started working at Insight Media, Inc. in 2002 as a Junior Programmer, where they were responsible for data conversion, database design, and the development of a Media Cataloging Application. In 2004, they joined ORC International as a Systems Administrator, where they managed administration and customization of various applications, conducted SQL Server maintenance and performance optimization, and performed database design and programming. In 2012, they joined NFI as a Sr. Solution Developer and later became a Principal Application Developer. At NFI, they focused on T-SQL programming and ASP. Net solution development.

James Chao attained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Baruch College from 1996 to 2003. James also obtained additional certifications such as "Microsoft Teams Tips and Tricks," "Microsoft Flow: Button Flows," and "Microsoft Power Automate: Beyond the Basics" through LinkedIn in the year 2020.
