Jamie Anderson has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. They began their career at Target in 2004, holding various roles such as Team Member, Operations Group Leader, Executive Team Leader- Human Resources, and Human Resources District Resource. In 2014, Jamie joined NFI as a Human Resources Manager, where they supported multiple sites across the Lehigh Valley. They gradually advanced within the company to become a Senior Human Resources Manager and then a Regional Human Resources Manager. Jamie's responsibilities included overseeing HR operations, managing HR business partners, and supporting distribution and transportation operations. In 2020, they became the Director of Talent Pipeline Programs at NFI, where they were responsible for designing and implementing talent growth strategies. Currently, Jamie holds the position of Vice President of Workforce Strategy at NFI, where they continue to develop talent programs and explore avenues for talent sourcing and development.

Jamie Anderson attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Social Studies Teacher Education. Additionally, Jamie obtained certifications in "Recruiting Veterans" from LinkedIn and "CPI260" from The Myers-Briggs Company in 2020 and 2019, respectively.
