Matt Heinowski

Matt Heinowski is an experienced professional in supply chain engineering and industrial engineering, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Engineering at NFI since May 2021, where responsibilities include oversight of engineering initiatives. Previously, at M. Block and Sons, Inc., from September 2017 to March 2021, Matt held the role of Director of Industrial Engineering, leading process improvements and engineering standards development. Prior experience includes a decade at TZA as a Project Manager and Senior Consultant, focusing on optimizing labor performance across supply chains. Early career roles include providing analytical insights at Nielsen Analytic Consulting and leading strategic initiatives as an intern at Andersen Windows. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
