Scott Brucker

Scott Brucker is the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at NFI Industries, Inc., a privately-held third party logistics company, a position held since March 2012 after serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at the same organization. Prior to joining NFI, Scott was a shareholder at Cozen O'Connor from September 1997 to March 2012, focusing on corporate law, securities law, and mergers and acquisitions. Scott holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a B.A. in Government from Cornell University.
