Alexandre De Vigan is the CEO of nfinite, a position they have held since December 2015. Some of the main public transactions that Alexandre has been involved in include the US$ 9.09 billion cross-border combination between NYSE Euronext Inc. and Deutsche Börse AG (advising NYSE Euronext Inc. as French local counsel and best friend of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, lead counsel on this transaction); the sale of Gruppo Banca Leonardo S.P.A Brokerage and Research activity, to Kepler Capital Market, for an undisclosed amount (advising Gruppo Banca Leonardo S.p.A.); the Investment of Gruppo Banca Leonardo S.P.A in Kepler Capital Market with a consortium of Private investment funds for an undisclosed amount (advising Gruppo Banca Leonardo S.p.A.); the Acquisition by the French Strategic Investment Fund (FSI) of ST Microtechnics from Areva for over 600 million € (advising the FSI); and the Acquisition offer of the French leading gathering group Lenôtre for 80 million € (advising Groupe Lucien Barrière).

Alexandre De Vigan has a Master's degree in International Management from HEC School of Management, an LLM in Corporations and Antitrust from Columbia Law School, and a Master II in Droit des affaires et fiscalité from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II). Alexandre also has a Master of Science in International Management from Università Bocconi.
