David Caldwell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. David is currently the Founder of Healthy Wellthy & Wise, where they lead a team dedicated to providing healthcare and wellness programs to communities. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of the NFL Alumni Association. David also worked as a Business Development Specialist at OHGI and served as a Board Member at the Montclair Fund For Educational Excellence (MFEE). David has experience in business development as well, having worked in that role at EMU Health. Before transitioning into the healthcare and business fields, David had a successful career as a Professional Football Player, first in the Canadian Football League and then in the National Football League, playing for the Indianapolis Colts and the New York Giants. David has also gained financial experience as an Accountant/Financial Intern at Smithfield Foods.
David Caldwell received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from the William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business. David attended this school from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from William & Mary during the same time period.

NFL Alumni is comprised of two distinct non-profit membership organizations, the NFL Alumni Association and NFL Alumni Foundation. The NFL Alumni serves its retired player members and their families through the NFL Alumni Association and supports youth and community charities through NFL Alumni Foundation. NFLA is a 501(c)(5) organization that serves as a passionate advocate for greater quality of life benefits for all former NFL players. The Association eagerly pursues greater benefits and the implementation of programmatic services devoted to enhancing the health, productive acuity of retired NFL players and their families. NFL Alumni Foundation is a 501 (c)(3), non-profit organization composed of former professional football players, owners, coaches, administrators, cheerleaders and associates who have joined together to support youth charities. In their voluntary undertakings, members of the NFL Alumni are guided philosophically by the fundamental ideals expressed in their motto: "Caring for Kids".
