Andy Hayden is an experienced security and investigative professional currently serving as an NFL Security Representative since August 2018. In this role, Andy conducts investigations related to misconduct, fair play, financial matters, and backgrounds for the NFL, while also providing security services on game days. As President of Hayden Investigations & Security Services, LLC, founded in August 2018, Andy offers comprehensive investigative and security solutions to various corporate clients, professional sports leagues, and government agencies. Prior experience includes a distinguished career as a Special Agent with the FBI from May 1995 to August 2018, where Andy specialized in financial crimes, cyber crimes, and public corruption, ultimately supervising a team of investigators. Early career experience includes serving as a police officer with the Cincinnati Police Division, where significant initiatives included launching the city’s first Mountain Bike Patrol Team. Andy holds a Master of Science in Criminology from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from The Ohio State University, along with specialized training from the FBI Academy.
