Ashley Liles

Ashley Liles is an accomplished Licensed Massage Therapist with extensive experience working with professional athletes across various sports. Currently serving as a team contractor for the NY Jets since September 2022 and occasionally working with NBA athletes, Ashley also owns and operates Message By Bodywork since 2010. Previous roles include serving as a massage therapist at the NFL Scouting Combine and for various NFL teams, with a primary focus on the NY Jets. Additionally, Ashley has provided massage therapy for Cirque du Soleil artists and has experience traveling with Miami HEAT athletes. As an educator, Ashley has lectured at the University of Hartford and Cortiva Institute. Educational credentials include certifications in orthopedic manual therapy and sports performance myofascial therapy, with ongoing studies in acupuncture and traditional medicine.
