Stephen Cerasoli is an experienced professional in ticketing operations, currently serving as the Director of Ticketing Operations for the National Football League (NFL) since September 2021. Cerasoli's career in ticketing began at The Madison Square Garden Company, where Cerasoli held various roles from Intern to Director over a span of 12 years. After that, Cerasoli worked as the Sr. Director of Ticket Operations at NFL On Location Experiences before moving to Elevate Sports Ventures as Head of Ticket Technology & Operations for the XFL. Cerasoli further developed expertise as a Ticket Operations Specialist for the XFL in early 2021. Stephen Cerasoli holds a degree in Sport Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, obtained in 2005.
