Teresa Covington

Teresa Covington is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in athletic administration. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Game Operations & Administration at the National Football League (NFL), Teresa oversees compliance support for clubs and manages the disciplinary and appeal processes. Prior roles include Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance and Student-Athlete Affairs at Temple University, and Director of Compliance and Student-Athlete Affairs at Penn State University. Teresa's career began with compliance positions at the University of Mississippi and various internships across universities. Teresa holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Marquette University Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Penn State University.
