Dwayne Allen

Dwayne Allen is a seasoned professional in the sports industry, currently serving as Player Director at the NFL Players Association since August 2021. Previously, Dwayne held the position of Player Representative/Advisor at the NFL Players Association from August 2013 to August 2019, where responsibilities included interfacing with active players, educating team members on union affairs, and voting on CBA resolutions. Dwayne's athletic career includes significant tenures with the Indianapolis Colts, where recognition included being voted Team Captain and awarded the Walter Payton Man of the Year in 2015, as well as playing for the New England Patriots, culminating in a Super Bowl LIII championship. Dwayne's involvement in community service is evident through a leadership role at DREAM Alive, Inc., focused on educational initiatives and charitable fundraising. Dwayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services from Clemson University.
