Bill Black

Bill Black is an experienced leader in the truck sales and fleet management industry, currently serving as President/Owner of National Fleet Management Truck Sales since September 2022 and as President/CEO of National Fleet Management Inc. since December 2009. Under Bill's leadership, the company operates five shop locations across North Carolina, providing vehicle maintenance, repairs, and consulting services to fleets, dealerships, and independent operators. Prior to their current roles, Bill was the Operations Manager at Central Carolina Trucks from October 1998 to December 2009, overseeing parts, service, and body shop operations for multiple locations. Bill's educational background includes a diploma from the Light Armored Vehicle Repairman Course in the United States Marine Corps, coupled with foundational education at McKinley from 1982 to 1985.
