Brent Jeannetta

Brent Jeannetta has a diverse background in the mortgage industry, with a focus on compliance and quality assurance. Brent started their career at Citizens Lending Group as a Mortgage Loan Officer from June 2006 to September 2008. Brent then joined NFM Lending in September 2008, initially working as a Compliance Manager. In this role, they analyzed loan packages for compliance with federal and state laws, as well as company procedures. Brent also gained experience in using automated underwriting systems. From February 2010 to March 2011, Brent worked as a Disclosure Desk Specialist before being promoted to the role of Disclosure Desk Supervisor. Brent excelled in this position and was recognized with the NFM President's Award for their contributions. In July 2015, Brent's expertise in compliance led to a promotion to Quality Assurance Manager, where they played a crucial role in the implementation of TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures (TRID). As the Disclosure Operations Manager from May 2016 onwards, Brent managed a team of 10 people and served as a cross-departmental leader, contributing to policy decisions and the design of internal controls and procedures. Brent also utilized technology to improve efficiency and accuracy in loan reviews. In 2018, Brent joined Indecomm Global Services as a Compliance Manager, further expanding their expertise in compliance management.

Brent Jeannetta received their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Banking/Finance from York College of Pennsylvania. Brent attended the college from 2002 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Brent obtained the Learning GDPR certification from Lynda.com in June 2019, and the Excel VBA: Managing Files and Data certification from Lynda.com in April 2018.
