Rob Kelley

Rob Kelley is a Senior Operations Manager with extensive experience in leading and developing multi-component teams within complex environments. They served as a Major in the United States Army Reserve and have held various officer roles, including Operations Officer and Company Commander, where they managed personnel and logistics for military operations. Rob holds a Master of Education in Learning, Leadership, and Organizational Development from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Norwich University. Currently, Rob is a Training Manager at nFocus Solutions®, where they oversee training development and team management.
