Lucía Caballero Casañ is currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at NFON AG since September 2024. Previously, Lucía held the position of People and Organization Business Partner at Emma – The Sleep Company from March 2022 to August 2024, where strategic collaboration with team leads enhanced the employee lifecycle experience.
