Dr. Adiyah Ali

Founding Member at nFormation

Dr. Adiyah Ali serves as the Senior Vice President of Anti-Racism, Equity, and Inclusion at M+R since July 2021, providing strategic support and developing accountability metrics to enhance organizational inclusion efforts. As a founding member of nFormation, Dr. Ali contributes to initiatives focusing on equity. Dr. Ali's previous experience includes roles at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation, where extensive work was done to integrate racial equity in community engagement and philanthropy, and at Amnesty International, leading education and advocacy initiatives. Dr. Ali holds a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC Rossier School of Education, alongside a Master of Public Policy from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Roanoke College.
