Jacqueline McDaniels-Brown, MSOD, serves as the Vice Chair of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce since January 2024. With over a decade of experience at Workday since September 2012, roles include Senior Principal in Executive Leadership Enablement and Coaching, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Information Technology - Financial Applications. Jacqueline is also a founding member of the Black @ Workday Employee Belonging Council, driving DEI initiatives. Additionally, Jacqueline co-founded Brown Developments Inc. in 1999, focusing on business strategy and consulting. Other notable positions include roles at Oracle, Cisco Systems, and PeopleSoft, along with leadership coaching through You and Self Inc. Jacqueline holds a Master's degree in Human Resources & Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
