Karen Lewis is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience at Franklin Templeton since 1997, currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology, OOCIO, and Head of Technology Transformation. In this role, Karen leads the vision, strategy, and execution of all IT facets, overseeing a team of senior professionals while driving digital, cultural, and agile transformations. Previously, as Director of Information Technology for Technology Project Delivery, Karen managed a team of 43 and executed high-profile digital initiatives. Karen has also held various project management positions, successfully coordinating global projects and leading large-scale initiatives. Additionally, Karen is a Founding Member at nFormation and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Capella University.
