Monica L'Esperance

Monica L'Esperance, Ed.D., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational change management and education. Currently serving as a Board Member for PUENTES New Orleans and Start the Adventure in Reading (STAIR), Monica also holds the position of Adjunct Instructor at Tulane University, teaching a course on equitable education systems. In their role as Senior Organizational Change Management Lead at Entergy since 2017, Monica has leveraged a strong background in program management and consulting accumulated during previous positions at Pacific Gas and Electric Company and Grant Thornton. Monica's educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change & Leadership from the University of Southern California, a Master’s degree in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
