Preeti Ghuman

Preeti Ghuman, P.E., MPA, is a seasoned civil engineer with over 25 years of experience in the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts, holding roles in the Reuse and Compliance, Industrial Waste, Planning, and Air Quality Engineering Sections. Notable achievements include leading the development of the first facility-wide Title 22 Engineering Report for the San Jose Creek Water Reclamation Plant and spearheading a successful chloride source control program, resulting in substantial reductions in effluent chloride levels and significant cost savings. Preeti also co-founded nFormation and community of SEVEN, both aimed at empowering women of color in leadership. Preeti holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
