Shalinee Mattoo

Shalinee Mattoo is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational strategy, currently serving as the Global Talent Management Director at eBay since July 2023. Mattoo is also a Founding Member of nFormation, starting in November 2021. Previous roles include Head of Talent Management at Sonoma Biotherapeutics and various leadership positions at Blue Shield of California, where responsibilities encompassed people strategy, organization design, performance management, and talent analytics. Mattoo's career includes managerial and consultancy roles at NIIT (USA), Inc., Kineo Inc., and Capgemini, with early experience at NIIT. Educational qualifications include degrees from Northwestern University, the Indian Institute of Management in Indore, and Delhi University, where an Honors degree in English Literature was obtained.
