Colin Ashworth

Colin Ashworth is the Head of Operations at NFP Europe since November 2023, and the Owner of Ashworth Management Consulting Limited since August 2005. With a background in various leadership roles such as Group Chief Operating Officer, Programme Director, and Transformation Director, Colin has extensive experience in driving transformational change and operational improvements across different organizations. Colin holds an Associate Degree in General Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
