Bob Sabol

Bob Sabol currently serves as Senior Vice President at NFP, an Aon company, since March 2025, following a long tenure at Lyons Companies where Bob was also Senior Vice President from August 2004 to March 2025, specializing in consulting for middle market Property Casualty and Employee Benefit Programs. Prior to this, Bob held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Work'n Gear from July 2002 to July 2004 and was an Assistant Head Football Coach at the University of Delaware from March 1981 to July 2002. Bob earned a Master’s degree in Education from Villanova University (1979-1981) and completed an undergraduate degree at the University of Delaware from 1973 to 1977.
