Elan Sharoni

Elan Sharoni is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Senior Vice President of M&A at NFP since July 2008. Elan has successfully closed over 90 transactions, totaling more than $2.4 billion in capital investments, while managing the entire transaction process from prospecting to post-close integration. Key responsibilities include overseeing strategic initiatives, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth transitions, and tracking the performance of acquired entities. Elan previously held the positions of Vice President and Assistant Vice President of M&A at NFP and began a career in finance as a Financial Analyst. Elan received an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
