Eric Johnsen

Eric Johnsen is an accomplished financial and insurance industry consultant with extensive experience in executive compensation and financial products, particularly Bank Owned Life Insurance (BOLI), serving California community banks since July 2012 at NFP. As the CEO and Board President of R3, a non-profit focused on affordable housing solutions, Eric has dedicated efforts to support vulnerable populations, including the homeless and veterans. Additionally, Eric Johnsen has owned Eric Johnsen Insurance Services since August 2004, providing insurance risk management consulting for various clients.
