Kara Tencellent

Kara Tencellent is a seasoned professional in the risk and insurance sector, currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Lead of the NFP Risk & Insurance Strategy Collective (RISC) at NFP, an Aon company, since October 2020. Responsibilities include developing and delivering alternative risk and captive consulting solutions, alongside driving domestic and international growth of this specialty practice. Previously, Kara held the position of Director of Alternative Risk Solutions at Coverys from April 2015 to September 2020 and served as Vice President at Willis Towers Watson from January 2003 to March 2015. Additional experience includes an underwriting role at SunLife from September 2000 to June 2002. Kara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bridgewater State University in 2000.
