Kathy Albarado

Kathy Albarado serves as Senior Vice President at NFP, an Aon company, since January 2022. Kathy is involved with Leadership Mission International, managing a girls' school in Honduras, and has held various leadership roles in organizations such as Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum, where Kathy is a current member and past board chair. As an Executive Committee Board Member of the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce, Kathy has contributed to business community engagement and development, also serving previously as Chair of the Women in Business Council. Kathy’s board experience extends to George Mason University - School of Business, Professional Services Council, Lead Virginia, and Girl Scouts Nation's Capital. As the founder and former CEO of Helios HR, Kathy established a firm dedicated to workforce culture enhancement. Educationally, Kathy holds multiple degrees from George Mason University, including a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, a M.S. in Human Resource Management, and a B.S. in Psychology.
