Lisa Paterson

Lisa Paterson currently serves as the Vice President of Client Care Personal Risk at NFP Canada, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Lisa was the Assistant Vice President of Personal Insurance for Central Ontario at NFP starting in December 2019. Lisa has a long history in the insurance industry, having worked at Mass Insurance Brokers Limited and Carson and Weeks Insurance since June 2002, occupying roles such as Customer Service Manager and Senior Manager for Personal Lines in Markham. Earlier in the career at Carson and Weeks Insurance Brokers, Lisa held the position of Personal Lines CSR from June 2002 to June 2013. Lisa Paterson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Guelph, with studies completed from 1998 to 2002, and holds several professional designations including CAIB, CPIB, and RIB (Ontario).
