Rich Fahn

Rich Fahn is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and group health plans. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at NFP, an Aon company, since April 2015, Fahn has also taken on the role of Peloton for Business Broker/Consultant Advisory Council Member, focusing on workforce well-being. Previously, Fahn was the Owner/Partner at Excell Benefit Group from August 2005 to February 2018, specializing in various insurance products. Fahn’s career includes notable positions as Account Executive at Aetna and Health Net, as well as Sales Manager at Prudential Health Care, where responsibilities encompassed managing large group health plans. Fahn holds a BA in Political Science from California State University, Northridge, and has an educational background that includes attendance at Santa Monica College, Menlo College, and Beverly Hills High School.
