Ryan Lawless is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in employee benefits and member engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at NFP since January 2013, Ryan Lawless specializes in designing, implementing, and supporting employee benefit plans for employers of all sizes, focusing on both the employer and employee perspectives. Concurrently, Ryan Lawless holds the position of Director of Member Engagement at The Alliance for Non-profit Growth and Opportunity (TANGO), where responsibilities include attracting new members and enhancing engagement with existing ones while educating senior staff on maximizing their membership benefits. Prior to these roles, Ryan Lawless served as an Internal Sales Director at Prudential from August 2006 to January 2013.
